APPOINTMENTS:

Appointments can be made online or by phone. We will reserve an hour and a half for your initial visit and sixty minutes for ongoing treatment. The initial visit includes intake, examination, assessment, acupuncture treatment and creation of a custom herbal formula when appropriate. This is time put aside solely for your treatment. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask that should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email at least twenty-four hours in advance, so we are able to fill that slot. A fee of $50 will be charged for all late cancellations or no-shows.

We will ask that you sign an Informed Consent and a Mediation Agreement in accordance with the requirements of our malpractice insurers.
